Private 1:1 Pilates training sessions in our studio are an excellent way to start doing Pilates. One of our expert Pilates instructors will observe and work with you in detail, whilst you are performing the exercises, enabling you to perfect your technique and make progress towards your goals much quicker. The session is entirely focused on you, allowing you to concentrate on precisely what you and your body require by utilizing all studio apparatus.
We are a fully equipped Pilates studio, offering mat, reformer, chair and tower.
If you are doing Pilates through advice from your osteopath, physio or chiropractor, we will work closely with them to ensure that you are getting the best possible care in each session. Pilates personal training can keep you motivated with challenging sessions to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and mobility. The sessions can be set at times that suit you and are held at our fully equipped and spacious Pilates studio in Lower Earley, Reading.

Yes, you can do mat or reformer Pilates or a combination of both in your session. We also have a Wunda Chair, Pilates Springboard, Trap Table, Pilates Reformer with Tower, and every piece of Pilates small equipment that you can think of!
We offer private sessions at our studio in Lower Earley, Reading and we also offer private sessions at our studio in Finchampstead, Wokingham. We also offer private sessions via livestream.
