We keep class sizes small. Max of 8 clients per class in the studio
We offer reformer classes at our studio in Lower Earley, Reading and we also offer reformer classes at our studio in Finchampstead, Wokingham.
Bring some water, lots of energy and your best smile! You should wear loose comfortable clothing, we do require all clients to wear grip socks in our classes. Don’t worry if you don’t have any, we have stock for sale at the studio. Email us to reserve you a pair ready for collection.
Yes of course! Your instructor will always be on hand to set you up correctly and to make any adjustments. We only have 8 clients per class in a reformer class which enables us to offer a fun & safe environment with classes that will get you results.
You may find some of the movements more challenging than others - we all have areas of strength and weakness. If you need a rest or if you feel you are losing your good technique, take a short break - maintaining technique is really important and is key to reaping the benefit of the movement
