All you require to participate is a designated space, a device like a mobile, laptop, or smart TV, and a stable internet connection. Your instructor will be present on camera throughout the class, providing live demonstrations and guiding you through each exercise.

Our livestream Pilates classes offer all the benefits of your regular class without leaving the house! It's easy to join and the instructor will be in front of the camera all the way through the class, demonstrating and talking you through every exercise. This group class is suitable for all abilities and you have the option to choose whether we can see you or not.
We offer a choice of 2 online live Pilates mat classes each week. Our live online classes run every Thursday evening at 8pm or Friday morning at 10am. We record the instructor duing the class and a recorded version will be sent to everyone who books on (valid for 1 week) So if you miss your class or if just want to do it again, you can repeat the class whenever it suits you!
This class is bookable as a 7 week course or PAYG. Please contact us for advice on the most appropriate class for you if you have any ongoing injuries or concerns or if you are pregnant.
***Please note only the instructor is recorded, not the clients. A varied choice of instructors, days and times of classes to choose from. Access to a recorded version of a live stream class, so you can practice and enjoy it again. Suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced.

All our online group mat classes are 55 mins long
We run one group class on Thursday evening at 8pm and another group class on a Friday morning at 10am. Log in via zoom.

You should wear loose comfortable clothing. You will need a mat or towel. If you have a chi ball, band these would also be useful

We require 24 hours notice to cancel a class.
You will have access to a recorded version of the class for 1 week after the class ends.
Yes we can arrange a private 1:1 online Pilates session for you with one of our instructors. The cost would be £55 and booking in advance is required.
