Our 55-minute group Mat Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, boost mobility, and support better posture. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and relax your mind. You'll leave feeling revitalized and relaxed. With regular practice, you'll not only feel the physical benefits but enjoy a lift in your mental wellbeing too.
To keep things varied and effective, we use a range of small equipment in class like resistance bands, balls, weights, sliders, rollers, and magic circles — all provided for you (we also proviode mats). If you're pregnant, we’ve got you covered with extra support using stability balls and a Pilates wedge, so you can move comfortably and safely throughout your session.

Our group mat Pilates classes are suitable for all levels of ability and ages - including beginners and pre & post natal clients. The emphasis in each class is on technique and individual progress, with several levels of difficulty offered within each exercise to ensure you work at a level that is as comfortable, or as challenging, as you want.
We offer daily mat Pilates classes in Lower Earley, Reading, as well as sessions in Finchampstead, Wokingham, and via livestream.
We keep our studio class sizes small, with a maximum of 13 participants, to offer a more personalized experience. We focus on understanding how your body moves, ensuring each class is tailored to you. Consistent attendance leads to noticeable results over time.
Yes, you can join any mat class. All classes are beginner friendly and mixed ability. If you have an injuries please contact us to discuss.
We keep class sizes small. Max of 13 clients per class in the mat studio. External venues may vary but we always keep the class size small.
We offer mat classes at our dedicated mat studio in Lower Earley, Reading and we also offer mat classes at external venues in Finchampstead and Wokingham. We also offer mat Pilates online via livestream twice a week.
We provide everything that is required. Bring a small towel to lay on our mat, some water, good energy and a smile! You should wear loose comfortable clothing, we do require all clients to wear socks in our classes. Shoes are not permitted inside the studio to help keep it clean and leave the outside stress outside!
We require 24 hours notice to cancel a class.
All our mat classes are 55 mins long
Our Pilates studio is filled with small equipment that we use in our mat Pilates classes. We generally use mats, bands, balls and small weights at the studio in our mat classes. We also have sliders, full and half rollers, and magic circles to add extra spice. For pregnant clients we have stability balls and a Pilates pregnancy wedge that can be used to support you during the class. No studio has more equipment than Power of Pilates!
