Meet your Pilates instructor - Louise

began my Pilates journey about 10 years ago. A friend had started doing it and I noticed a difference in her so decided to give it a go myself. I periodically suffered with lower back pain and sciatica.

Once I started Pilates these problems disappeared. I noticed that I became stronger and more flexible, my balance and posture improved and I was more body aware, using the Pilates principles in my other exercise regimes which include Bodypump, cycling, walking and nordic walking.

About 5 years ago I decided to train to become an instructor and share my passion with others. I enjoy watching people benefit from their Pilates practice.
