Our Mum and Baby Reformer Pilates classes are designed specifically for new mothers to regain their strength, flexibility, and overall wellness while bonding with their babies in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Getting back to exercise after having a baby is fantastic for both physical and mental well-being. For many new mums, it's a way to reclaim a bit of themselves by dedicating 55 minutes to self-care, and it's also a chance to connect with other mums.
Your body has gone through many changes over the past year. Our postnatal classes are designed to rebuild it from the inside out. While you'll get a full-body workout, we prioritize safely strengthening your core. We also dedicate extra time to stretching because, let's face it, taking care of little ones is tough on our bodies.

Baby-Friendly Atmosphere: Babies are welcome to be part of the class. They need to be sitting in a carrier, or in a carry cot so they are safe, warm & contained! Our Mum and Baby reformer classes are designed for mums with babies aged 7 weeks to 9 months.
