After studying and practicing gymnastics in Greece, I decided to follow my heart and train professionally to become a reformer, equipment and mat Pilates instructor. Since 2014 i have worked as dedicated Pilates instructor in Athens, Greece before moving to the UK and joining Power of Pilates.
You can join Nia for a group class or you can book a private session with Nia at the studio.
