Hello! I’m Dayana, and I’m thrilled to be your guide on your Pilates journey. My love for fitness began over a decade ago when I discovered weight lifting and found a deep passion for it. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering women in their fitness journeys, helping them achieve their goals and build confidence along the way.
Pilates is my true passion, and I'm qualified to teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates. Additionally, I am a certified Advanced Personal Trainer, with extensive knowledge in Advanced Anatomy and Physiology, Resistance Training, Exercise for Fat Loss, Pre and Post-Natal Fitness, Functional Training, Circuit Training, Core Training, Kettlebell Training, TRX Suspension Training, and Nutrition and Weight Management.
Currently, I’m furthering my expertise by studying RSPH Nutrition Coaching with Meal Planning, Lower Back Exercise, and Exercise Referral Specialist qualifications. My mission is to support you in every aspect of your fitness journey, ensuring you not only reach your goals but also enjoy the process.
