i, I’m Lisa! After years of gym training, fitness classes, and running the London Marathon, my body started to struggle — tight muscles, sore joints, and constant aches. I realised I needed a different kind of strength, and that’s when I found Pilates... and never looked back. Pilates quickly became my weekly body MOT, helping me move pain-free, recover faster, and find space to breathe and re-focus. It strengthened my core, improved my back health and flexibility, and brought real balance to both body and mind.
My passion for Pilates led me to become a qualified mat instructor. My classes are uplifting, motivating, and welcoming to all abilities — with a focus on good technique, proper breathing, and a steady, feel-good flow. I love adding small equipment to keep sessions varied and engaging!
As a busy mum of three, I know how important it is to make time for yourself — and I truly believe Pilates is the perfect way to recharge, build strength, and create calm amidst the chaos.
